We are thrilled to announce another exciting opportunity at Arts to Hearts Project – our very first Free Call for Art, welcoming women and womxn artists from all over the world! This project is a big step forward in our effort to make the art world more welcoming and diverse. It shows how much we believe in art’s ability to inspire, make people think, and bring together different kinds of artists.
At the heart of this call for art lies our desire to celebrate and showcase the boundless potential of artists from every background and walk of life. By removing the barriers of entry fees , we aim to provide a platform where all voices can be heard, and all visions can be seen. It’s an invitation to women artists to share their unique stories, perspectives, and creativity with a global audience.
Theme: Past, Present and Future
The theme “Past, Present, and Future” is deliberately open to interpretation, allowing for a wide range of creative expressions. We encourage artists, and creators from all disciplines to explore this theme in a way that resonates with their own experiences, ideas, and visions. Whether you’re inspired by historical events, current moments, or speculative futures, your unique perspective is what we’re looking for.
We invite you to share your work, be it an exploration of personal memories, a reflection on contemporary life, or your imaginings of what lies ahead. This theme offers the freedom to look back, observe the now, or dream about tomorrow.
Your interpretation can take any form – there are no limits to how you can engage with “Past, Present, and Future.”
Please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your work:
- Ensure that your Headshot/artworks are submitted with high-resolution images.
- Include a front shot of the artwork image in your submission.
- If your work involves an installation or sculpture, please include a photo of the piece in its installed state.
- Submit your artist bio and statement in less than 250 words.

Please understand that submitting your work does not guarantee inclusion. This opportunity features a juried selection process, with each submission being evaluated by a panel to determine which works will be included.
This call invites women and womxn artists from all over the world to freely express their creativity without limitations. Artists of all mediums, including painting, sculpture, mixed media, and more, are encouraged to participate.
Selected artists will not only gain visibility but will also receive an incredible opportunity to be featured on the Arts to Hearts Project website through an exclusive interview and will be promoted on our social media websites. This platform will allow you to share your story, process, and inspirations with our global audience, further elevating your creative profile.
At Arts To Hearts Project, we are passionate about amplifying the voices of emerging and contemporary women artists from all over the world. We are a self-funded publication and community that relies on submission fees to cover costs and keep our mission alive. Our goal is to provide a platform to celebrate the creativity and talent of these incredible women and share their stories with the world.

We accept all forms of art. Artists can submit various forms of art, including paintings, sculptures, digital art, or mixed media pieces that reflect their personal stories, emotions, and experiences.
No, this call for art is completely free to ensure equal opportunities for all artists.
- No Entry Fee: For the first time, we’re removing barriers of theme and fee to entry to ensure every artist has the chance to shine.
- Global Visibility: Selected artists will be featured on the Arts to Hearts Project website, connecting your work with a passionate global audience.
- Exclusive Interview: Share your journey, inspirations, and insights through an exclusive interview, offering a deeper connection with art enthusiasts and fellow creators.

After the art submission deadline, the final results are revealed within 4 to 6 weeks. Subsequently, an email is dispatched to notify both selected and non-selected artists of the decision. Following the result announcement, the interview process commences, our writers will reach out to the selected artists with their interview questions and once we receive the answers from the artists, the interview will be published on our website and will be promoted on our social media as well.
