This stunningly designed “Studio Visit Book” is an inspiring celebration of the power of women’s voices, showcasing the different disciplines these artists use to produce their art, including painting, sculpture, and more. You will learn about their life, work, and the essence of their true self.

We are fortunate to have the chance to work with accomplished jurors for our publications and projects who bring diverse experiences from the art world.

Meet our Vol 3 juror,

Rachel Burke| Artist, Designer, Author, Entrepreneur

Rachel Burke is a practicing multidisciplinary artist, designer, and author based in Brisbane, Australia.

Known for her vibrant, tactile wearable artworks and iconic tinsel creations, her work is inspired by a love for naive craft materials and transforming the mundane into the magical.

Rachel has exhibited her work in gallery spaces across Australia, including The Museum of Brisbane, Saint Cloche Gallery, Hamer Hall, The Australian Centre of the Moving Image, Enough Space, GAFFA, and the Redlands Art Gallery.

She has also published three books with Hardie Grant. Craft Roach, Be Dazzling, and Daphne & Daisy.


Application Details

The Arts To Hearts Project is excited to collaborate with selected artists to create the Vol 3. book released in February-March 2024. Each artist will be featured with four pages dedicated to their work and an interview about their studio practice. As a token of our appreciation, each selected artist will have the chance to be featured on our social media.

Eligible Artists

Applications are open to women artists from various disciplines, such as painting, sculpture, photography, installation, digital art, and more. Please ensure that works are submitted in a printable format, with high-resolution images.

Submission fee

Regular entry
$35

Art to Hearts Project gladly accepts entries from all eligible participants who meet the criteria. To participate, a one-time, non-refundable fee of US$35* must be paid. This fee helps cover the administrative costs associated with managing, producing, and distributing the book.

Dues for Selected Artists

Selected artists are responsible for an $85 fee. This fee covers each artist’s copy of the book ($160 value) and helps with distributing costs for gallery & curators’ copies.

At Arts To Hearts Project, we are passionate about amplifying the voices of emerging and contemporary women artists worldwide. Our self-funded publication and community rely on submission fees to cover costs and keep our mission alive. Our goal is to provide a platform to celebrate the creativity and talent of these incredible women and share their stories with the world.
