Art and Woman
Biographies and Creative Journeys of 100 Women Artists from around the world

We at Arts to Hearts Project, are excited to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity for emerging women artists globally. This initiative holds special significance for us as we introduce Edition 1 of a stunning coffee table book that will showcase the biographies and creative journeys of 100 women artists from around the world. By publishing their stories, we aim to share their creativity and inspiration with a wider audience across the world.

About Art And Woman

“Art and Woman” is about sharing the untold stories of women’s lives. It’s a mix of their highs and lows, victories and struggles, dreams, and challenges that shape their creative journey.

This book will become a place where 100 women artists from all over come together to tell their stories through “Art and Woman.” It’s like looking into the different aspects of being a woman in many beautiful ways.

We at “Arts to Hearts Project” are excited to present this chance for women artists to bring their dreams, values, and experiences to life through art. They can use painting, sculptures, digital art, or mixed media to explore personal growth, empowerment, and how society impacts them.

This opportunity focuses on the heart of being a woman, showing the special connection between women and their art. It digs into how women express themselves through creativity, their tools, materials, and the process of making art.

By doing this project, we want to capture the true essence of women as they navigate their creative paths. It’s a way to celebrate women’s voices in the art world, exploring how they deal with life’s complexities through their art.

It’s just like Maira Kalman’s Poem, “Women Holding Things”

What do women hold? The home and the family. And the children and the food. The friendships. The work. The work of the world. And the work of being human. The memories. And the troubles. And the sorrows and the triumphs. And the love.

Maira Kalman- Women Holding Things

So come with us on a journey through the lives and art of these incredible women, discovering the beauty, strength, and perseverance that define their creative roads. “Art and Woman” honors the lasting impact of women in art, a heartfelt tribute that echoes through time, connecting the past, present, and future through the lens of art.

we are very excited to announce that we have partnered with the Women United Art Movement for Art and Woman Call for Art.

Women United Art Movement is a global online platform
dedicated to supporting and highlighting the works of women-
identifying artists worldwide to contribute to increasing the
visibility of this underrepresented group of creatives. Through
the platform, we organize virtual solo and group exhibits, run a
podcast, publish a magazine, and provide business education to
artists and host an annual art prize.

The platform was launched in 2021 by Mona Lerch, Europe-
based visual artist, artist coach, and CEC of Women United
Art Movement.

Ki Smith Gallery disrupts standard industry practice by representing a carefully selected group of artists with diverse backgrounds, methods, and aesthetics. Our artists are encouraged to explore materials and processes and we actively support them in making exciting new works. We immerse ourselves in each exhibition from conception to execution.

The gallery works closely with our collectors to help them create meaningful collections. We take pride in helping them not only understand the intentions of the artist but also consider their own personal and emotional connections to the work.

Although we take the larger trends and conversations of other galleries and auction houses into consideration, we consider our peers to be the artists, patrons, and friends who are active parts of our community. We are compelled by a deep love and respect for art and are always searching for imaginative ways of sharing it with others.
